The backbone of our operation.

We feel that the most important asset of our business is our employees and their ability to satisfy our customers’ automotive service and repair needs. We work hard to provide an enjoyable working atmosphere and pay our Technicians fair wages. We want their number one focus to be on fixing our customers’ vehicles, taking the time that is needed to do the job right, the first time.

In addition, our knowledgeable and friendly service advisors are always ready and quick to help our customers. It is a team effort, and we appreciate the contribution made by each member of our staff.

Tim Hadfield
Senior Technician

A Seattle area native with 25 years of professional technical training and experience, Tim was born into an automotive family with an unbroken history of service dating back to 1923. His great grandfather ‘Slim’ Hadfield opened the Pacific Northwest’s first automotive service repair and gas station in Madison Park next to the old ferry terminal. Three generations (and nearly 20 years at FAME Automotive) later Tim carries on the tradition of hands-on personal service.

With an eye on the future, continued education and use of the latest equipment he intends to keep up with today’s ever-changing service needs.
